Shipping & Return


We ship using UPS or Fedex in the lower 48 states to provide the fastest, and most secure services available. We ship primarily USPS or Fedex for international orders, unless a customer has a specific preference. After your order has shipped, you will be notified of your shipment and will receive tracking information when available.

*All coilover kits include "free shipping" and are shipped for free in the lower 48 contiguous United States. Anything shipped Internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may incur extra shipping fees.


Returns are only accepted when an item has not been unpackaged or damaged. Please inspect your deliveries before the delivery service has left, as any items damaged in shipping are not the responsibility of the seller (us), but the shipping company. You (the purchaser) must first contact us to receive an RMA number and authorization to return an item. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee of the final price of the item. Any kit returned without first getting an RMA will not fall under our return policy and you may not be liable for a refund at all, so please contact us first with any issues regarding your kit, wether it is damaged, missing pieces, wrong kit, etc. After receiving your RMA number and authorization, please fill out the required RMA Form and send it to us at

Any cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restocking and processing fee. Some items may not be in stock and may require a wait time before they can be shipped out from the manufacturing plant. Please ask ahead of time if you need your item by a certain time, as any cancelled out of stock orders or custom build orders will incur a 30% Processing and restocking fee instead of the normal 25%.
